National Capacity Self Assessment (NCSA)

The project is focused on the capacity related needs relevant to implementation of the three Rio Conventions (UNCBD, UNFCCC, UNCCD)* with objective to determine existing capacities and evaluate priority needs on systemic, institutional and individual level. It aims to strengthen the dialogue, information and cooperation among stakeholders.

* UN Convention on Biological Diversity (UNCBD); UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and UN Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD).
