Database Of National Experts

On October 15th 2007 Montenegro signed the Stabilization and Accession Agreement (SAA) with the European Union. In order to coordinate and monitor the implementation of this process, the Government of Montenegro will draft a National Programme for European Integration. This programme will grow to be the Government’s key strategy for the following years, and will represent the policy framework for overall democratic and economic reforms of the country. For a successful compilation and future implementation of this programme it is extremely important to recognise, unite and coordinate all national administrative, political and intellectual potentials. Only in this way all parts of society will equally participate in the process of reforming the state, legislation and economy, which at the end shall lead to membership of Montenegro in the European Union.

These are the reasons why, on behalf of Montenegrin Government, Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration and the Secretariat for European Integration, supported by the Capacity Development Programme, invited national experts, both in Montenegro and abroad to assist in this process. So far, 104 experts from various fields have sent their CVs and offered their assistance.

BAZA PODATAKA NACIONALNIH EKSPERATA

Crna Gora je 15. oktobra 2007. godine sa Evropskom komisijom potpisala Sporazum o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju (SSP). U cilju koordinacije i nadgledanja sprovođenja ovog procesa, Vlada Crne Gore će izraditi  Nacionalni program za evropske integracije.  Ovaj program će postati glavna strategija Vlade u narednim godinama, i predstavljaće okvirnu politiku za sveobuhvatne demokratske i  ekonomske reforme zemlje. Za uspješno kreiranje ovog programa, kao i za njegovu kasniju uspješnu implementaciju, veoma je važno prepoznati, objediniti i koordinirati sve nacionalne administrativne, političke i intelektualne potencijale. Samo na ovaj način će svi segmenti društva ravnopravno učestvovati u procesu reformisanja države, zakonodavstva i ekonomije, što će na kraju voditi ka članstvu Crne Gore u Evropskoj uniji. 

Iz ovih razloga, u ime Vlade Crne Gore, potpredsjednica Vlade za Evropske integracije i Sekretarijat za evropske integracije, uz podršku Programa za razvoj kapaciteta, pozvali su nacionalne eksperte u zemlji i inostranstvu da pomognu u ovom procesu. Do sada, 104 eksperta iz raznih oblasti je poslalo svoj CV i ponudilo svoju podršku.
