Strengthening Capacities of the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro

In the aim of facilitating reform processes in Montenegro, UNDP decided to provide capacity building support to the Ministry of Justice in key areas of priority and in January 2009 launched the project “Strengthening the Capacities of the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro”, consisting of five components: 1) Improvement of the organisational setup of the Ministry; 2) Development of the management capacities of the Ministry; 3) Strengthening the capacities of the Ministry to plan, develop and implement European integration and international legal assistance/co-operation policies; 4) Sustainable improvement of the information technology capacities of the Ministry; 5) Promotion of the public relations aspect of the Ministry’s operations
