“Non-communicable diseases prevention: Enhancing service provision to adults with intellectual disabilities residing at ‘Komanski Most‘ in health, social and other related sectors” (‘Delivering as One’ Project, implemented with support of UNICEF)

The aim of the Project is to support the process of developing a plan for institutional, structural and organisational transformation of the Institute “Komanski Most” into a Centre of Support to Adults that focuses on improving the current living conditions and services provided by the Institution, as well as on the establishment of new family and community-based services with a view of enabling greater participation of beneficiaries in family and community life.
